Maybe? Not sure what is meant by ‘direct connect’ as both my trainer and Apple TV are on wifi.
I switched to Bluetooth and it’s ok, the JetBlack victory will bridge my heart monitor across its connection. But it has ‘race mode’ in wifi and I’d sooner use that. When they fix it.
Trainer connections via wifi use the same “Direct Connect” protocol as cabled trainer connections.
It’s a known app problem. Zwift are aware.
I can confirm that this issue only happens on the pairing screen. I’ve been riding every day and ignoring the blinking connect/disconnect since I updated to v1.100 and during the rides there were no disconnects as far as I can tell.
Sorry if mentioned. Since update, zwift on ATV not remembering my devices when connecting. I connect devices through phone. I can reconnect everything fine.
