I have had multiple time when Zwift freezes during a ride (my avatar stops moving). The only way to fix it is to end the ride and start a new one. Any suggestions on what could be causing this problem?

To better help you we need more information about your setup.
If you are freezing try a lower setting on your fan

Hi,
I am using a yahoo kicker which connects via bluetooth. I am running Zwift on an I pad which I connect to the TV with a HDMI cable and lightning adaptor. Today it froze completely and I had to start over. Tuesday it froze on the TV but not on the iPad (not sure if that is the same issue or something else, I have purchased a new HDMI cable which I used today).
