Where have you got it from? How have you applied it?
My guess is you pay through Apple/iTunes? If so this is something that can come up (you can search the forums and see multiple posts). The short of it is there is a delay between apple charging your card and transmitting that info to Zwift. You can click restore purchase on the log in screen (IIRC the location) and that should fix it.
If you don’t pay via Apple/iTunes not sure what could be causing your issue and you must likely need to reach out to Zwift to resolve your issue
