We have identified an issue with Zwift RunPod firmware updates not completing. This could affect anybody with slow Bluetooth communications or noisy environments. The telltale sign is being on the firmware update progress screen and nothing happens. Our dev team is working on a fix for this.
- Download the MilestonePod App for your iPhone or Android, and try updating firmware by syncing the Zwift RunPod.
- Check for possible bluetooth interference.
