First experience with Zwift Shop - not the best one

Last week I got hooked on Zwift from my good friend. I ordered kickr with a frame to have optimal conditions for training in the winter season. Today I received my shipment. Did you also have such a problem with the frame? I paid 100 eur for delivery and now I don’t know if the frame is in good condition or if any parts are missing!


Today courier signed my damage report, but yesterday I did receive
a fan which was also damaged - and fortunately, nothing was missing!

Any help reporting such incidents to Zift to avoid issues for newcomers is warmly welcome.

I’ve seen quite a few reports of damaged looking boxes. zwift are certainly aware.

I would have a good check of the bike to make sure it’s not damaged and contact zwift asap if there are any issues.
