I’ve not received my finish line nor the baseline ride email
I didn’t receive neither my Baseline Ride not my Finish Ride emails.
I have also NOT received either the Baseline or Finish Line emails.
I never received my baseline or finish line emails. I did just complete the finish line yesterday afternoon so maybe it will eventually show up.
Also, where do you look in the companion app to see the differences in segment times between the baseline and finish line rides? I’m not seeing it.

You can’t. They took it away when ZA ended.
If you subscribe to ZwiftPower, you can look up the segment times (and power) for Titans Grove Reverse, Watopia Sprint Forward, and Volcano Climb and see results from the base line / finish line rides. Pick one of those segments from the Segments menu, then click on “Me” to see yours.
My finish line e-mail read base line and did not give me new stats. I finished, but it has not given me the completion or the cool bike paint job to choose for the Canyon. I did have two sets of stats in the app before it went away. Did I not actually finish? Who can look this up for me and let me know? It is disappointing. I don’t recall these same problems in the previous Academies. Cheers!

Hello, I joined Zwift Academy late so I only had time to do baseline, and workouts 1-5 before the end of the program. I see the workout 6 is still available, so I will do it. But I’d like also to do the finish ride, even if I know I will not get the finish email. Can someone help me find it ?

The Zwift Academy is over there is no more Finishline rides.
To replicate the finish line ride, you can ride the Legends and Lava route on a TT bike, and use a third party application like Strava to see your segment times and power.

Interestingly, I did receive both the Baseline and Finish Line emails. I did all 8 ZA events in the last 8 days of ZA (a bout of COVID meant a very late start). During the Finish Line Ride I noted that my time on all three of the segments was slower than during the Baseline Ride, and this was confirmed afterward in the Companion app, showing my Oct 2 rides to have faster times than my Oct 9 rides.
However, when my Finish Line Ride e-mail arrived, the numbers showed higher wkg for ALL of the segments during the Finish Line Ride than during the Baseline Ride, even though my (Zwift) weight was unchanged and I was using the same wheelset. I am a bit baffled as to how this could be.
I received the e-mail below yesterday.
I wrote to Zwift Support on the 6th of October already. After receiving no response for 3 days, I received the e-mail on October 10th, after the Zwift Academy ended. Everyone make up your mind about how you feel about this.
