There are some previous threads about connection issues with the Click controller. If you’re having problems, pair it using the Companion app. Also make sure you are using Bluetooth for the connections, not ANT+.
To contact Zwift support, you will need to patiently talk to a robot until it gives up and lets you open a support case.
