Fails to load after update

I logged in this morning and an update ran. The app is not launching now.

Sorry to hear, there are probably some files missing in Zwift folder.(updating error) This could happen due to poor internet connection. The first thing you should try is reinstall Zwift while connected to the internet via a LAN cable (if possible). Also make sure you use the latest launcher available HERE.

  1. Unistall Zwift
  2. Delete Zwift file in download folder (if there is one)
  3. Download the latest launcher from Zwift.com
  4. Open the launcher
  5. Install Zwift

This usually fixes this problem. Give it a try and let us know how it went please!
