Hi @Jill_Sargeant, welcome to Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
It can be discouraging when progress doesn’t seem to update as expected, especially after putting in so many miles.
The Factory Tour Challenge tracks progress using Power Units, not distance. Since you’ve completed the first section, your progress resets to 29% for the second section, which requires 600 additional Power Units to complete. This means that your percentage won’t increase based on miles alone—it depends on the power you’re generating while riding. Sprinting can help, but sustained power output over time is key.
- After completing the initial portion of the challenge, you will encounter an extra credit section where your completion percentage will drop back down to 29%.
- To fully complete the Factory Tour, you’ll need to produce an additional 600 Power Units.
If your progress seems stuck, I recommend checking your average watts per kilogram (w/kg) during rides. Increasing your sustained power output will help move things along. You can also review the challenge details
