Hit this milestone just yesterday myself. Zwifting since July 2021 (or thereabouts), and made it around 15,810 miles logged. Confetti Ride Ons for everyone!

Now you need the aero socks!

Which I’m about 700/850 from getting. That’s a long challenge but at least it isn’t easily gamed.

I had level 100 in end of 2023 if I remember right - but I was also riding a lot more, luckily getting that done before the level up changes.

I think I should be level 99, but silly banked xp fudge means I’m level 61 and miles away from free Zwift Play controllers.

for me it’s 5 years, a shade over 15000 miles and i’m on level 76

we’re so lucky they moved the goal posts for us, the grind is life!

First Zwift ride was in January 2017. I have about 12,500 miles, over 615,000 XP and I’m Level 81.

such as?

Once you finish the first part of the challenge, your progress will revert to 29% and you’ll automatically begin the second part which requires a whopping 600 additional power units to complete, unlocking the Aero Lightning Socks, which will replace your boring ol’ Lightning Socks.

You will have the lightning socks, but then you have another 600 to go. And no easy shortcuts - you have to ride.

344.4 power units acquired thus far here. Just over 500 left to go. Cinch. Haha

I’m like many others affected by the moving of the goalposts: I’m closing in on 20,000 miles, have over a million XP points, and “only” at level 94.

How did y’all get so much XP? I got 789.825 XP (lvl 99, 14.975 XP to go to lvl 100) after 33.562 km (951 hours of zwifting).

I started Zwift a very long time ago (before covid times) and have nearly 2,000,000XP with 80,900km.

At one point Zwift had new riders level up quickly, then they reset the XP of other riders.

Fortunately things are stable now.

Also, it’s helpful to understand that for those of us, who’ve been Zwifting for a longer time, Zwift changed the rules on XP and levels midstream chose not move us immediately to the level where our amount of accumulated XP would have put us in the new system. Instead they put us on a banked XP program, where our level acceleration is essentially meted out over a longer time. The rationale they gave for this is that it allows us to enjoy the stages of moving up. Not everyone is enjoying the slow progress though. In my example I was at level 58 or 59 when there were only 60 levels and they changed the system. So now I currently have 895,919 XP but I’m only at level 92 and I will be getting accelerated XP* until level 99. I could be at level 100 today but Zwift doesn’t do it that way.

  • They call it accelerated XP but I think of it as throttled XP because I’m essentially taking a longer time to get to the level that I should already be at by collected XP value. Potato, po-tat-to. Lol.

Anyhoo, it’s only a game so I take it lightly.
