ERG mode ???????

Greetings everyone, firstly apologies if this has been covered a million times before but I’m new to this malarky.

My question is simple, do you RACE with your smart trainer in ERG mode ?

no race with erg off

ERG mode only works in workout mode. You don’t need to disable it on the workout screen.
