Erg mode not working Tacx Flow

I’m running Zwift on a MacBook Pro and a TacX Flow connected via Bluetooth.

Over the last couple of years I’ve used ERG mode a lot and it’s been absolutely fine. Recently I bought a Garmin with HRM, cadence and speed sensors and connected the cadence and HRM to Zwift - which I think caused ERG mode to stop working. I stopped connecting the sensors to Zwift and it worked for one session, then stopped working again.

I made sure not to connect the sensors to my laptop this time - and had speed, control and cadence connected to my trainer. I did a calibration on the TacX app recently. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to sort this out please?

I read your post and one thing I noticed, you mentioned after taking your sensors out of the equation, you paired you trainer and heart rate monitor back up to Zwift for Controllable, Cadence, and HRM, but nothing about power. In order for ERG mode to work, Power will need to be paired up to your trainer as well.

Give that a try on your next workout and if you’re still having issues, open a support ticket with us so we can assist you further about this.
