My Zwift account doesn’t show the ERG MODE when I set a workout.
At the same time, when I in a free ride it is not simulating the slopes.
It was working, but this week I realize those gaps.

ERG MODE is not appearing
What kind of trainer do you have, the screen shot just shows numbers. You also need to pair as controllable which looks like it isn’t being done.

If you have a smart trainer then you need to pair controllable as well.
