So I tried to join the eFondo ride yesterday. Selected the event. It confirmed I wanted to join. It even at one stage gave me the kit but in never took me to the start line. Never seem to be able to join an event on the iOS app. Am I doing something wrong.
Sorry to hear you weren’t able to join! We weren’t prepared for how popular the eFondo was, and there were some technical issues because we had more sign ups than our events system was designed to support. So don’t base your experiences off just that event.

Many thanks. Does this mean you can’t enter an event via the iOS Zwift app on an iPad and have to use the mobile link app for events?
