Don’t calibrate through Zwift. Use Elite’s app, My eTraining.
If you’re having trouble with it then raise a ticket with Elite support. They’re very helpful.

I know this whole thread is a bit old, but i am having some issues with my Zumo i just bought second hand. It worked fine at first then after a calibration Zwift can’t seem to control the resistance (i can set it in the Wlite app manually, so not a hardware problem)
If by any chance you still have the file Elite sent you, could you please forward it to me as well?

I am having the same trouble with my Elite Zumo since I rode, and calibrated in my garage in the recent cold snap. No resistance on Zwift. I’ve been in touch with Elite but no joy. If this Firmware file is available still I would be interested to see if it would fix my issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
