Elite trainer Calibration Error

Hello!

Is anyone else having issues with the trainer calibration?

Here’s my problem: when I want to start the calibration, it says “stop pedaling”, but i’m not pedaling at all. Then it says that it failed. I’ve tried several times. I’ve also updated to the latest version, but the issue still persists.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

All the best,
Gregor

There’s a known issue with calibration at the moment. But unless this is a Zwift Hub, you should be using the trainer manufacturer’s app to calibrate, not Zwift.

Thanks! I’m using Elite Direto’s calibration, but I also wanted to do a Zwit calibration, since it says it’s good to do it once a week. :man_shrugging:

The calibration is stored on your trainer, so there’s no need to do it on Zwift. As long as you calibrate every now and again you’ll be fine. With the Direto you can compare the number that comes back in the Elite app against the factory value written in a sticker on the bottom of your trainer - the two numbers don’t have to be identical, but should be very close.
