I use the Elite Realaxiom V4 as trainer and it works perfectly on the “Real” app, but i can’t connect it to Zwift. The Realaxiom USB Series is listed as compatible on the Zwift website.
I also tried pedaling for a few minutes while trying to search for a device but that didn’t work as well.

I am not sure about the Realaxiom trainer model numbers but Yes the USB one is supported. It does take some time to pair. Also unpair everything then start by paring it as a power source. Also try a different USB port.
EDIT:
So I checked my device specs.
Axiom device: 4.5
I don’t think the V4 is supported.
