Hello, I recently installed cog V1 and zwift click on my Elite Direto XR-T. When I’m in the Rouvy app or the trainer app (during calibration), the trainer changes the loads without me clicking zfiwt click, but when I click zwift click there are no major changes or they are not noticeable at all. I have updated my Elite Direto XR-T to firmware version 87 and hardware recvision 21, zwift click is 1.1.0, Rouvy is on version 4.2. What else can I do, try?
Run the Zwift app and see if it works. If it does, everything is good. If it doesn’t work in Rouvy, talk to them about it. If it doesn’t work in Zwift, I suggest talking to Elite support.
Another possibility is that you’re just experiencing Elite’s implementation of Zwift’s virtual shifting… virtual shifting on Elite isn’t as sudden and the changes aren’t as substantial as it would be on other trainers. When you are in Rouvy or Zwift, do you see the gears changing on the screen when you click the Zwift Click?
Yes, I see the gears in the program, but when I shift gears, I don't even notice any changes. The trainer changes the load but the click doesn't change gears to make it easier, or it suddenly drops. As if there was some kind of delayed reaction or something.
There’s been a recent firmware update, version 89. I have no information about what’s in it, but maybe some improvements to virtual shifting?
