I have recently purchased a elite direto cog&zwift trainer but virtual gear changes doesnt work on the myelitetraining app or rouvy. How can it be solved? Thank you!
I’m not sure if virtual shifting is implemented in the My E-Training app. You could ask Elite about that.
This is the Zwift forum so if you’re having problems with Rouvy, this is not the best place to get advice.
Some general suggestions: make sure the firmware is up to date on both the trainer and the Click shifter, and make sure the devices are not paired to more than one app at once.
