really appreciating the new feature, however I can’t manage to get it work.
I have a wahoo elemnt Bolt V2 that is connected to the Element app. Zwift only allows to connect to the Wahoo app tho. However, the bolt is not able to connect to the Wahoo app. Any fix for this?
This sounds like a question for Wahoo.
When I disconnected and re-connected Wahoo it did import my outdoor ride from my Element Bolt V2, so it did work for me. Interestingly I had to force upload it to strava from my Element app for some reason, but I’m not sure if that was just a one-time sync issue with Strava or not.
Either way, Zwift did get my Wahoo Element Bolt V2 ride into Zwift after I connected it with Wahoo.
Edit: And my Zwift rides are also now showing up in the Element app as well.
A Bolt V2 should sync to Zwift despite using the ELEMNT app. Make sure you go into your connection settings either in the Zwift Companion app or https://www.zwift.com/settings/connections and ensure Wahoo is connected there and that you have selected all of the available permissions when prompted.
I can see we’ve already pulled in several Wahoo activities for your account. Are they not displaying on the fitness tracking section of the Zwift Companion home screen?
Thanks Ryan; did it via the iOS app and didnt work. But reconnecting through the website did the trick!
