I created a meetup in the Zwift companion app. When I opened the Zwift app there were 2 meetups.
We could not get all the riders in the same meetup. So another rider on our group created a new meetup. The same thing happened. We could see the other riders but they were not in the same meetup.
There seems to be a problem with the meetup function since the latest update.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Hi @Janien_Wilkens welcome to Zwift forums.
Thanks for flagging this up. Shuji at Zwift HQ here. This is a symptom that’s new to me. Just want to repeat back to you what I’m reading to confirm I understand the workflow.
- Create a meetup in the Zwift companion app. Looks like you’re using Android Companion v3.57.
- Q: during the meetup creation - did you select “Keep Everyone Together” or “Race Results,” or “Meetup-only View?”
- Launch the main Zwift app. In the For You carousel, you see two instances of that meetup.
I looked through your server logs and in your case, you were using game version 1.65 on a session you saved as a Meetup on May 18. Was this the ride you’re telling us about?
A previous meetup happened on May 12 using game version 1.64. Did you or any of your friends have issues with that meetup?
@Janien_Wilkens
We took a look through the meetups you created and wanted to ask what happened on your end.
6:30 pm (your local time) - you created a meetup on Serpentine 8 that started at 7:30.
7:33pm - made another version of the same meetup starting at 7:40.
7:44 - made a third version of the same to start at 7:55.
Meetups can be deleted in the Companion app. Did you delete the two you didn’t intend to use?
