Drop Shop Network Error

Whenever I attempt to make a purchase in the drop Shop, I receive an error message stating, quotation a network error occurred. Would you like to retry?"

I restarted the application, checked my network connection, verified my VPN was off, uninstalled/reinstalled Zwift, and restarted laptop.

Nothing has corrected the issue.

Hello @Jeff_Wright ! Is there a chance that OneDrive is syncing your Documents/Zwift folder? This may be triggering a “network” error if Zwift is not being allowed to save an update properly due to OneDrive’s network settings.

If you can temporarily close or disconnect OneDrive while Zwifting, or excluding Documents/Zwift from OneDrive’s sync, please let us know if the issue is resolved. If not, we’ll be happy to help out further via a Support ticket.
