DQd (Ladder Race) on Zwiftpower(?)

Hi,

Did my first Club Ladder race on Wednesday. Turned myself inside out and won the sprint ….. for 9th place :laughing:

For some reason Zwiftpower (rider # 2256082) has my result as DQ (???), even though the result on Club Ladder is ok.

I saw some other folks seem to have had this issue (some kind of bug?), is this something @Eric-Schlange-ZI could fix or shed light on? Or someone else maybe?

Eric does not manage ladder events, and you can’t see ladder results on ZwiftPower. If the result looks good on the ladder site, all is well. You should be able to see ladder results on the zwiftracing.app site, and your event looks OK there if this is the one: https://www.zwiftracing.app/events/5324742

If you do see a DQ on the ladder site, the first thing to do is wait and see if it changes since that is not uncommon, and if it doesn’t, ask your team captain to inquire about it.

Yep, that’s the one. All is good on the ladder site, result is final. Just on Zwiftpower the grey icon on the left shows ‘0’, and ‘Disqualified - See Ladder site’ when I mouse over it.

Yes, “see ladder site” is the important part. Don’t look at ZwiftPower for this.

That’s what all ladder results look like on zwiftpower now.

The results are on the Ladder website, everyone essentially gets removed from the results on zwiftpower.

The results do show on zwiftracing.app, but as they come directly from ladder rather than through zwiftpower there can be some delay

Ah, I see.

I guess I read it as ‘disqualified, see ladder site for the dq reason.’, as opposed to ‘dq’d, completely ignore any ladder result on ZP’ :rofl:
