Double billing

Dear support!

I faced an issue with double billing.
In June I’ve activated physical gift card for 1 year membership and this membership is still active in my account.
But on October, 5 my credit card was charged $17.99 for monthly membership.
So now my membership costs $36 (monthly+annual). And I’m not happy about it.

I reported this issue via support.zwift .com and by email to support@zwift .com.
The only reaction was “thanks for reporting”.
3 weeks have passed, but no other response was given.

I’m disappointed about this. Maybe this message will help to solve this case if other channels aren’t working.

PS Gift card was legally bought from Wiggle.
