Double Billed by Zwift and Itunes

While reviewing finances, I caught that I was apparently signed up for Zwift through stand alone log in and itunes. It appears I’ve been billed by Zwift every month, and itunes every month for over a year. Support has been friendly, but useless. They encouraged me to cancel my account, but can’t find both charges. They recommend I log out of my ipad, but can’t tell me how.
Does anyone know how I can log out of my ipad zwift account? I have no other users in my house to change it to.
Also, has the double billing happened to anyone else?

With Apple you need to cancel your subscription. Apple have supplied instructions for this which is the same for any sort of app, not just Zwift.
