Disqualified and ZRS dropped

Hi,
I’ve done a TT on Bologna purely going for an effort at the final hill. As there are no events on this Course in the European morning and I wanted to have a go at it, I went into an event that started yesterday evening, just stayed in the pen and did my effort in the morning.
I did my effort but have been DQd from the event for “20m Power”, even though the whole course did not even take 20 minutes, and my ZRS has tanked.
Here is the event Link on ZP:
Not possible to share links, apparently. It was the Cleveland Wheelers TT yesterday (12.11.2024) at 7:45pm CET.
I’d like to have my prior ZRS reinstated and if possible get the DQ lifted, in order to correctly track my stats on both ZP and ZRApp.

Could someone have a look?
I had already contacted James Bailey, but he told me he cannot do anything due to it not being his event. However, I cannot contact the event facilitator either, as I am not on Facebook.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

@Chris_Lawrence_CWCC something for you

you got DQ for 20min Power…looks like some kind of Bug with data to ZP

i’m confused…did i tag you or the organizer?

Perhaps James can’t adjust ZRS scores himself either, but I’m pretty sure the organizer would not be able to fix/reinstate your ZRS though.

It’s just a shame that it dropped in the first place. It’s obviously not an actual race effort, why should it be taken into account? This is making for easy sandbagging of ZRS (not that I’m interested in that personally).

Thanks for the awareness. I will take a look at ZP when I get a moment.
I don’t think a ZP result will have any effect on ZRS values though…

Thank you so much for reinstating me @Chris_Lawrence_CWCC ! Shame that it doesn’t affect my Racing Score as you rightly pointed out. But it is good to have the DQ gone from my profile!

I have reinstated you on the event to remove your DQ flag.
This is a known issue many of us organisers are aware of for over CE power when CE is no longer in place.

This will not change any ZRS points as ZRS is not based on Zwiftpower results.

You should be able to change the race settings to “No Enforcement” (or “Points Based No Enforcement” for points races) - that should have been what was being used on ZwiftPower for most races since CE went live.

Thanks for the comment, but I’ve aleady got that set on the series race title that auto sets it on each event with that title (confirmed that happens). However, we still see the occasional 20MIN DQ codes.

Super weird. I’ve seen some ZwiftPower settings change on me when I get events to make some changes that I can’t do through the promotor link, but we (Herd) haven’t seen automatic 20MIN codes happen in a long time on any of our races, I don’t think.
