Disconnection sleuthing needed

I am at a loss on trying to find out how to fix my disconnections.
I’ve tried power cycling everything. Toggling Bluetooth. Zwiftalizer (can’t show the link here) says the following:

FTMS011523
BTRSTS011523

Bluetooth FTMS Message Resends (Number of times 5)
This chart shows times when the controllable trainer failed
to receive a series of resistance change messages in a row
and had to be reset. These messages usually follow a
Bluetooth disconnect.

Here’s my setup:

Zwift application on Acer Nitro 5 AN515 Laptop: Core i5-8300H, 15.6inch Full HD IPS Display, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, NVidia GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Graphics, Windows 11 Pro
Zwift Companion on iPad Pro iOS 16
Wahoo Kickr Smart Trainer V5 with Wahoo Fitness Kickr Direct Connect
Wahoo Tickr (new) HRM

Today, the HRM disconnected but oddly was still connected to the Wahoo Kickr Headwind. Once that happened everything else stopped working. I was able to save the ride.
When opening the Pairing window in Zwift all devices except the HRM was showing as connected and Zwift was unable to find the HRM. With previous disconnects Zwiftalizer show no issues with Bluetooth

Have you considered a switch to Ant+

It’s much more stable and isn’t so prone to interference which could be your issue.

I cycle with Ant+ and never have any issues. I run with BT and have had numerous issues leading to purchasing new dongles, moving equipment etc…

are you using the DirCon or are you connecting via Bluetooth?

Kickr Direct Connect but it appears that some Bluetooth connection is going on
