Direct Connect is still not working reliably

I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is not.

I use Apple TV4K and a KickrV6 with DirCon.

I had abandoned using Direct Connect for a couple of months because of the repeated failures, but decided to try again last week. A few workouts were fine with no issues, but today, ~eight minutes into a two hour workout (using ERG), ERG disengaged and I could not get it to reengage. I then used the Companion App to pair over BT, but once I did, I could not reengage ERG, nor did I get any resistance with virtual gearing. I had to end the ride and start over again using ZCA as a BT bridge.

I, along with others can confirm that this issue has not been fixed.

Please get this resolved.

Have you tried powering off the Apple TV, run Zwift on the phone, see if it has the same issue? Or test the trainer using the Wahoo app and see if you can replicate the problem? If you see it on multiple devices or can replicate it in the Wahoo app, then I suggest contacting Wahoo.
