Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs and noticed your Ride controllers have never been updated. They’re still on the factory firmware v 1.0.0, and current version is 1.2.0. Please update the controllers using the Zwift Companion app. Instructions here.
Your KICKR v6’s firmware is also slightly out of date. Yours is on v 5.3.47. Instructions on Wahoo’s support site here.
Please do both of those updates, power cycle your trainer and Ride, reboot your PC, and let us know if that solves it / not next time you log in?
