Please can you create a structured daily training plan using the daily fitness workouts with workouts no longer than an hour for during the week and maybe slightly longer workouts for the weekend. This would make it easier to just hop-on and go rather than having to pick out workouts every day and trying to ensure a mix of routines.
I’ve not looked at new workout plans released in the last 2-3 years, but “TT Tune Up” used to be one of the better ones, with less random interval changes within an individual workout that do very little besides perhaps keep you entertained IMO.
The full workout plan is intense, especially from around week 4, do not increase your FTP setting in Zwift while still doing the plan.
There’s no reason why you can’t be selective on which and how many workouts you do, especially after the weeks 3-4. Doing three or four of the workouts each week should give performance gains for many riders if your FTP is set in the correct ballpark at the plan start.
I used it in early '20 and it helped me at the time.
