I have a problem with the TT Tune-Up training plan recover period between the last workout of one week and the first of the following week. As you know, the TT Tune-up plan has 6 workouts per week, so I’m using monday for rest and doing the workouts from tuesday to sunday. After the sunday workout Zwift ask for a 48hour rest, so if you woke up late on sunday (let’s say 9am) or did a external workout you will be on the bike on tuesday morning (7am/8am) without being able to do the next workout!
Is it possible to relax a bit this period to let’s say 40hr? Is it really necessary to be exactly 48hrs? Thanks in advance!
