Cycling Event Crashes

In relation to the 1900AEST Adidas event, or cycling events in general. Is anyone else having issues with the event crashing or dropping out? I had about 600m to go, and the app closed.

The ride appears in the companion app, no where else. (ie: strava or garmin) Where it would usually resume the activity after a crash, it was as if I hadn’t been on tonight at all.

I’m hoping someone knows a work around, or can tell me if this is common or not, I may just stick to free rides instead.

I’m running via Android app, on my phone using a Kickr Snap V2 and chrome cast. Using Garmin Cadence sensor. As far as I can tell everything is up to date.
