I recently purchased a hammer and was able to get everything to sync right away. However I am not getting any change in resistance with the different grades. It is working on rouvy.

Sorry to hear Zwift isn’t cooperating with your Hammer! Can you try calibrating you trainer on the Rouvy app? If that still doesn’t work, try troubleshooting your Bluetooth connection with this guide: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000052906-I-can-t-pair-my-Bluetooth-devices
It looks like you’re using the Android version of Zwift? Just a heads up, there are various BLE connection drops here and there since it’s still in Beta. If you want the full version of Zwift I would recommend the PC/MAC or iOS/Apple TV versions. :)
