I’ve recently purchased a domyos cross trainer / elliptical and it has bluetooth connectivity. It works fine with the domyos app but thought it would be more interesting if it could work with Zwift. Maybe converting the distance, rpm and power to a running equivalent, as well as using the heart rate monitor information.
You could use a footpod like Milestone, Garmin or Stryd for cadence and speed for running within Zwift.

Does this work? My wife has an elliptical and was trying to see if she could enjoy Zwift as well.
