Crashing 10 minutes into a ride

Since my last ■■■■■ post, Zwift had worked okay for 3-4 weeks. Now, in the last week, it has crashed twice, both 10 times into a Watopia ride.

Again, nothing has changed about my computer. No updates to my graphics drivers, just whatever Zwift updates have come up.

HOW ■■■■■■■ HARD IS IT TO MAKE A PROGRAM THAT ■■■■■■■ WORKS?!? I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I AM PAYING A SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR SUCH A ■■■■ PROGRAM THAT CANNOT EVEN FUNCTION ON THE MOST BASIC LEVEL. ■■■■!!!

This is mostly a source of community support from other customers like yourself. I suggest editing your post to be more civil. Being disappointed is fine; being abusive is not going to get you anywhere. If you’re super angry I suggest deleting your account.

I came to this thread as recently I’ve been experiencing crashing and suspect that I might have an aged GPU and looking for support. Trying to avoid opening a thread for what maybe a common question…seeing this…and I agree. Venting a tirade of abuse doesn’t help Zwift, me, or the community.

Hello,

A few things you can try:
update your graphics drivers
turn off video screenshots
upload a log file to zwiftalizer.com and look for issues with connections, bluetooth, network, etc…
contact Zwift support via the website and they can look at your log files as well

Hi @Wade_Tao

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I haven’t seen you write in for support, so I’ve asked one of my colleagues to reach out via email so we can help you one-on-one with your specific computer.

I get that you’re frustrated - but as the community has pointed out - if you can’t be civil, you won’t be allowed to participate in this forum.
