Crash on saving ride using Companion on 1.46 at race finish

I have managed to crash Zwift on 1.46 (macOS 13.5.1) twice now, when arriving at the end of a race and the new results screen is up.

I then choose to stop the ride and save from the Companion app (3.49.1 on iOS). Instead of the results screen disappearing, or the normal save ride screen appearing, Zwift instead crashes.

Anyone else seen this behaviour?
