Crash after update: "Unexpected Error" on Mac and reinstall didn't solve

Thank you @AlanZ . Support did reach out to me and offered an appropriate remedy. I will continue to follow this thread and wait to hear for a resolution and then re-enable my membership.

I’m on Windows 10.
Seems like the issue has been fixed. I noticed it is 1.16.0.

Able to login now without having to do a clean re-install every time.
No more "Whoops… "

Latest patch is working for me on MacOS.

Just tried it and it is working now. @AlanZ No “Outreach Emails” for anyone else that was locked out for a month, but still charged?
