Corrupt FIT to download

My activity (activity 867350504524666912) lasted about 44 mins yesterday. Yet when synced to Strava or TP, it shows as 5secs.

If I download the FIT file myself it does show up as corrupt and I can’t seem to fix it in any way online. Is it possible to regenerate the fit file?
