There seems to be no way to continue a ride after a crash and all XP, drops and route progress for completion seem to be lost. I wouldn’t even dare doing a big ride like the pretzels or an everesting attempt this way after have lost 3 rides already in the last month

It can be so overwhelming when the game crashes and doesn’t receive all your rewards, I’m glad to help.
Upon reviewing your account, I noticed that the game and launcher game are updated, however, I could see connectivity alerts from the server which could lead to the issue.

When a game crashes most of the time is for outdated graphic drivers, since you’re using a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M, I’d recommend updating the graphics per manufacturer guidance:

I think the crash was most likely caused because not only was I ecstatic because I finally won the Meilensteins after 14 ascents of the AdZ but I was also static from my rollers
