The Zwift website chat isn’t working. No response via Facebook. Could somebody from Zwift customer services please contact me because I have an account issue.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling to reach out to us. We’re aware of some edge-case issues with users on browsers such as Firefox.
Here are some tips to overcome this unexpected behavior.
- If there’s an issue with your default web browser, try clearing the cache.
- If there’s no indication that the website’s down and clearing the cache doesn’t fix the problem, try an alternate secure web browser like.
