The Zwift website chat isn’t working. No response via Facebook. Could somebody from Zwift customer services please contact me because I have an account issue.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling to reach out to us. We’re aware of some edge-case issues with users on browsers such as Firefox.

Here are some tips to overcome this unexpected behavior.

  1. If there’s an issue with your default web browser, try clearing the cache.
  2. If there’s no indication that the website’s down and clearing the cache doesn’t fix the problem, try an alternate secure web browser like.
