Hello,
I have a non-conected Home Trainer : Elite Supercrono E-Force 8. I have purchase a misuro B+ in order to connect it with several apps. On zwift the misuro B+ is recognized as a power captor instead of a speed captor (1 blink for my machine). How it is possible to recognized it as a speed captor ? If not possible, how many blinks should I do to have enough accurate datas (7 blinks is fine but seems a bit to high…) ?
Thank you very much for your help.
Stan
Welcome to the forum.
I could not find a reference to your trainer, you may have to contact Elite.
These are the documents I searched.
It looks like it transmits power… if so why would you want it to transmit speed? Zwift will figure out the speed if it gets the power
Thanks for your help Gerrie ! What I’ve forgotten to mention is that when I am connected with misuro B+ (1blink) as power captor, my avatar doesn’t move…
Thanks for your help Paul ! What I’ve forgotten to mention is that when I am connected with misuro B+ (1blink) as power captor, my avatar doesn’t move… The Misuro B+ is normaly a speed/cadence captor and not a power captor.
The most common reason for the avatar not moving is that the trainer is still paired to another app. Start by killing all the other apps that you have ever paired with the trainer. I’m not familiar with your trainer so I don’t know the answer about using it as a speed sensor. You might get better answers on the Elite forum or from Elite support.
