For the second time, I have tried to do a portal climb at 125% (that I had previously completed at 100%) only to find it is locked and that the 100% is shown as no completed. I start the ride from the drop point and ride through the banner arlt the top that says it completed, then ride down through the portal again. Please fix this glitch.
Some clarity would be great because I’m having the same problem.

I also encountered the same problem. There was no record after completing the climb, it still showed that it was not completed, and the 125% difficulty level could not be unlocked.

So I just heard back from Zwift support. They said there was a 25 second disconnection from the zwift server and that is why it is not marked as complete. They also say they cannot manually unlock the 125%, which I find to be pure BS. Its code, you can change code, especially since it was most likely a zwift issue to begin with. Rouvy anyone?

Hey, I have the same issue! Completed the 100% twice, to finally reach the 125% one - but the following day it’s always locked again.
How can we get this resolved?
Seems like there is a common issue amongst users…
This is a weird reply. For me it happened twice, does that mean it was twice the same delay?
But never on any other ride I do?
