Hi, getting multiple reports from riders that do our event that we finish via distance near the climb portals that access to the portal is blocked.
Common theme seems to be late joining the event from free riding or another event. When they get to the portal either all turn controls are disabled or they can make the turn but then get uturned straight back out again. Those that join zwift and go straight to the event have zero issues and have full portal access once the event ends.
