In “my feed”, the result shows up complete as normal, but in zwift power there is no traces from the ride. Anyone knowing why?

do you just do rides? not racing ?
I almost only do races, and they transferred ok to zwift power. But yesterday i rode “climb of the month” Gotthard pass, and this one does not show up on zwift power
Hi All,
This is Alejandra from Zwift!
@Tom_Holmgren Welcome to the forums, and a big thank you @Bath_Salts for being attentive to our responses!
I would like to mention that some races may take a bit of time to upload on ZwiftPower, which can be up to 24 hours as noted in our FAQ. If the race has been less than that time, I recommend waiting for that period.
If it has already been 24 hours, please reach out to us so we can investigate!
Wishing you a wonderful day!
Was this an event or a free ride? On your ZwiftPower profile, only events like races and group rides will show up there. But on the Activities tab you should see a little bit of info about free rides. I assume the portal ride should show up there but I’m not 100% sure since I don’t use the portal routes.
Yes. Only Zwift events listed in Zwift power will show as events finished on Zwift power.
This includes races, group rides, and group workouts. Do you have a Strava account linked to Zwift?
If not, you can add an account (free account or paid) and enter a fit file recorded in Zwift feed and Zwift files.
Thanks, yes I have a strava account, and the summary page from zwift is uploaded to strava ok. In my settings I save all rides automatically to zwift, strava and garmin: works fine!
Thanks Alejandra, the climb was on Sept 16. From the different answers below, it might be that zwift doesn’t transfer these kind of files to zwift power(?) In my opinion that’s rather surprising because long hard climbs are really challening/difficult for most of us, and is therefore important to analyse and compare with others
That appears to show you did a free ride, not an event. ZwiftPower is for events. You should not expect much useful information about free rides in ZwiftPower. The ZwiftPower app gets almost no development anymore, so you must use a third party app like intervals.icu or Strava for whatever analysis you want to do.
if its not a scheduled event and just a free ride then it doesn’t show in zwiftpower
If you look on your profile on zwiftpower, there will be an Activities tab. It’s only visible on your own profile, not anyone else’s.
That tab should show every activity you’ve done on zwift, whether it’s a free ride, workout, or event. At least since you sign up with zwiftpower. Only limited information is available on that tab, but you can download the fit file from there.
Note that the data from non-event rides doesn’t get included on your power profile. It might get included in the all-time leaderboards, hard to say and it’s unlikely that anyone who isn’t on one of them would care.
Thank you all for clearing up this for me!
