it’s entirely athlete-dependent and based upon how much time they have available to train on a given day, how fresh they feel, etc., so it’s impossible to say. Before the training plans were opened up with greater flexibility levels, the shorter workouts would be available during the week and longer available during the weekends. This assumed the athletes had more training time available on Sat/Sun, which wasn’t always the case.

So, the order can be based on your preference, but some users just want to sign in and do the next one on the list without having to think about it. Not sure how that can be improved, but perhaps getting them in the same order on the training plan menu, companion app, and the list that shows up right when you log in would be a start?

IIRC the training plan menu and the companion app match, but the list that pops up when you load the game is wrong (or doesn’t match rather).

@Shayne-Gaffney, can this be improved please?
