Companion has stopped connecting

Both my wife and I are having problems connecting companion to Zwift app this last week. I can’t connect today so no heart rate from iWatch either. Both can open companion app but that it’s. Have rebooted phones with no results. Both are on iOS 16.4. Suggestions?

Maybe try rebooting the router, sounds as though it could be local network problem
