Companion connection to the game happens over the local area network where your equipment is located. The Bluetooth connectivity is also entirely local and doesn’t depend on Zwift’s services, and if people are bridging devices via the Companion app that depends on both Bluetooth and local network reliability. There are always people having problems with Companion connectivity, but they’re usually solvable with a discussion about their network and possibly some changes, or restarting the network equipment, or if it’s never connecting then it can also be network permission problems but that doesn’t sound like what you’re dealing with. The design of the Companion app is rather fragile, but I don’t think this is a bug or an outage. If you can share more details about your equipment and the design of your network I might be able to suggest some things to try.
