I’m having the issue of Zwift companion not showing the dashboard, even though it notes that I am currently “active”. Both phone and pc are on the same WiFi and still doesn’t sync. Both pc and app are updated with latest. Any ideas how to fix this? It worked fine until last week.
There is a Network setting for Zwift on iOS which must be enabled. If you inadvertently made the wrong response the first time you ran Zwift, this may be off. Go to Settings - Zwift and ensure Local Network is enabled.
I’ve had this issue for the past week. Was working fine until then. The Cellular Data option was enabled in Settings/Companion. I’m confident I didn’t change it to Cellular. I’ll test it when I ride in two days.

after so many years, this junk still not working. they know how to jack up the price but coding … nah that is too hard labour.
Failure to load the map is almost always a problem with your device or your network. If you share some details you might get advice about fixing it.
