Companion App keeps dropping out. Any ideas why?

Can anyone help me fix this? My companion app keeps dropping out. I am running Zwift through Apple TV. Please advise. Thanks so much.

The Zwift Companion connects through the internet, so most likely is a high ping or sudden traffic on the network.

Ok thanks. I’ll try to improve the internet/Wi-fi signal.

make sure the are both on the same network. I also was advised to turn off all the bluetooth. I am using ANT+ to the PC.
