The Companion App is not saving rides and my last ride is still ‘in progress’ despite me saving it … and there is no upload to Strava.
I am using Apple TV and the companion app.
Today I completed a ride and successfully saved it. After checking Strava I then decided to do another 1km to round up the distance to an even number but the Zwift / Zwift Companion App will not save anymore ride activity.
I have tried 5 times now but each time it will not save. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but the same problem still occurs.
I have also closed down the app on Apple TV
I have tried connecting my Neo direct to the Zwift App on my iPhone … but I still have the same problem. Zwift will not save any rides and still thinks my ride is ‘in progress’
